Dan Ashby har en forbedret fot-og-tommer-i-excel-funksjon tilgjengelig.

Jeg har et Excel-regneark med en kolonne med lengder i formatet 12 '6 7/8 ". Hvordan kan jeg bruke Excel til å konvertere dette til desimalfot? Jeg vil ikke dele kolonnen i to deler. Så hvordan kan jeg konvertere tilbake til fot og centimeter i Excel ?.

De tilpassede funksjonsføttene () vist nedenfor tar et tekstfelt i formatet du beskriver og konverterer det til desimalfot.

Den egendefinerte funksjonen LenText konverterer et desimaltall fot til et tekstfelt som viser fot, tommer og brøkdel tommer til nærmeste 1/32 ".

Slik går du inn i den egendefinerte funksjonen:

  • Start VB-redaktøren med alt-F11.
  • Sett inn> Modul.
  • Sett inn> Fremgangsmåte.
  • Skriv føtter som navnet på prosedyren, og angi at det er en funksjon.

  • Kopier deretter følgende kode:

Kolonne A viser originalteksten. Kolonne B konverterer riktig til føtter alle verdier som inneholder fot, tommer og / eller brøkdel tommer.

Merk at hvis du ikke inkluderer fottegnet, antas verdien å være inches. (rad 12). Hvis brøkdelen av tommene ikke er gyldig, Verdi! returneres (rad 13).

Merk: Takk til Dale Richmond fra Kansas City som ga en oppdatering i oktober 2007 for å forhindre et svar på 1 fot 12 tommer når et tall større enn 1,999 sendes til funksjonen.
